Delivery
When you place an order with The Krafty Braumeister, we will do our best to dispatch your order within one working day. We use a national 48-hour delivery service, but please allow 3 - 4 working days for delivery. Delivery is for UK mainland postcodes only, excluding Scottish Highlands. Please note we do not deliver outside of the UK.
Bottles are delivered in boxes of 12, with a minimum order of 6 bottles. Delivery is charged at £6.99 per box. For orders of more than 3 boxes, the additional boxes will not be charged. We also offer free collection from the brewery and free local delivery within 10 miles.
Rates:
6 - 12 bottles = £6.99
13 - 24 bottles = £13.98
25+ bottles = £20.97
Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
Returns
We can only offer refunds on goods that are faulty. If there is a problem with your order you must inform The Krafty Braumeister within 30 days of receipt of the order to obtain a refund. To report a problem please contact us at braumeister@kraftybraumeister.co.uk.
